About Leadership Forum 2017

In October 2016, CPA surveyed members to better understand what leadership in the profession meant to them, and what types of professional development we could offer as a result. Feedback was positive and robust, and allowed us to create a program that revolves around four themes:

  1. Leading a Team: how do you build an engaged team that is able to withstand the tides of change?
  2. Self-Improvement: how do you identify your learning needs and fill in the gaps in your skillset?
  3. Innovation: what’s new and emerging? How do you stay one step ahead?
  4. Practice and Change Management: what steps need to be taken in order to implement changes?

We understand that plans/people change. Registrations may be transferred to another person, at no cost, prior to Friday, October 27, 2017.  Full registration, refund minus a $50 administration fee, will be given until Sunday, October 1, 2017. No refunds will be issued after Monday, October 2, 2017.
