J&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le cours que le MDT \u00e9tait bien plus complexe que ce qui m&#8217;apparaissait avec l&#8217;introduction re\u00e7u \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Excellente structure de formation. Formateurs tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant a suivre et surtout a voir travailler avec des patients. Application clinique sera extr\u00eamement pertinente.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectifs du cours :<\/strong><br>A travers leur participation active \u00e0 la formation, les participants feront l\u2019acquisition des connaissances de base pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appliquer de fa\u00e7on appropri\u00e9e le MDT aux patients souffrant de douleurs lombaires avec ou sans irradiations dans le membre inf\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distinguer les diff\u00e9rents syndromes d\u00e9crits en MDT (D\u00e9rangement, Dysfonction, Postural) des autres pathologies lombaires, et formuler un plan de traitement pour chaque syndrome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier quand l\u2019application de techniques manuelles est indiqu\u00e9e pour permettre la r\u00e9solution des sympt\u00f4mes dans le cadre du concept de progression des forces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communiquer et collaborer avec le patient pour concevoir et appliquer un plan de traitement personnalis\u00e9 afin d\u2019atteindre les objectifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principes de la MDT et leur application dans le contexte du cadre biopsychosocial de la prise en charge des patients souffrant de douleurs cervicales et thoraciques et de limitations fonctionnelles seront au centre des pr\u00e9occupations.
