En tant que porte-parole de la recherche en physioth\u00e9rapie au Canada, la revue recherche un leadership strat\u00e9gique pour maintenir et renforcer son impact scientifique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale. Les mod\u00e8les de responsabilit\u00e9 (r\u00e9dacteur unique et 2&nbsp;co-r\u00e9dacteurs) sont envisag\u00e9s afin d\u2019offrir une certaine flexibilit\u00e9 quant au temps requis pour ce r\u00f4le prestigieux.<br><br>Le ou les r\u00e9dacteurs scientifiques d\u00e9finissent la vision et l\u2019orientation de la revue, garantissent l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 scientifique et l\u2019\u00e9thique de la publication, et supervisent l\u2019ensemble du processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation par les pairs et de publication. Leurs responsabilit\u00e9s comprennent la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des manuscrits et des d\u00e9cisions y aff\u00e9rentes; la s\u00e9lection des \u00e9valuateurs par les pairs, des r\u00e9dacteurs invit\u00e9s et des commentateurs; une collaboration \u00e9troite avec les r\u00e9dacteurs associ\u00e9s et les \u00e9valuateurs par les pairs; la collaboration avec l\u2019\u00e9diteur pour la production de la revue; la pr\u00e9sidence des r\u00e9unions du comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9daction; la liaison avec l\u2019\u00e9diteur et l\u2019Association canadienne de physioth\u00e9rapie; et la repr\u00e9sentation de la revue aupr\u00e8s des communaut\u00e9s de recherche et professionnelles.<br><br>La revue publie quatre num\u00e9ros par an et est soutenue par un comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9daction actif. Les nominations sont pour un&nbsp;<strong>mandat renouvelable de trois ans<\/strong>, et les r\u00e9unions du comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9daction ont lieu virtuellement deux fois par an. Une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est vers\u00e9e au r\u00e9dacteur scientifique\/aux co-r\u00e9dacteurs en reconnaissance de ce r\u00f4le de leadership.<br><br><strong>Nous recherchons des candidats qui apportent&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience confirm\u00e9e dans le domaine de la recherche li\u00e9e \u00e0 la physioth\u00e9rapie (grade de professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 ou titulaire est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience au sein de comit\u00e9s de r\u00e9daction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preuve d\u2019un leadership en recherche et d\u2019un engagement qui font progresser la physioth\u00e9rapie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir une vision strat\u00e9gique, \u00e0 encadrer les r\u00e9dacteurs et les \u00e9valuateurs par les pairs, et \u00e0 promouvoir la revue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale et internationale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour postuler&nbsp;:<\/strong><br>Veuillez soumettre votre CV et une lettre de motivation (3 pages maximum).
