Vous avez certains droits de recours si votre don n\u2019est pas conforme \u00e0 cet accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"don-commemoratif\"><strong>Don comm\u00e9moratif<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez faire un don \u00e0 la Fondation en l\u2019honneur d\u2019une personne qui vous est ch\u00e8re ou \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire d\u2019un proche. Si vous le d\u00e9sirez, nous enverrons une carte et une attestation de votre don \u00e0 la personne honor\u00e9e ou \u00e0 son conjoint.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"legs\">Legs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En incluant un don \u00e0 la Fondation dans votre testament, vous contribuez \u00e0 la profession et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de vie des prochaines g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de Canadiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On conseille aux gens qui souhaitent l\u00e9guer une partie de leur h\u00e9ritage \u00e0 la Fondation d\u2019inclure un legs de bienfaisance dans leur testament et de d\u00e9signer la Fondation comme b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire irr\u00e9vocable dans leur police d\u2019assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"legs-de-bienfaisance\"><strong>Legs de bienfaisance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un legs de bienfaisance vous donne droit \u00e0 un re\u00e7u d\u2019imp\u00f4t qui r\u00e9duira les imp\u00f4ts de votre succession lors de votre derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e et possiblement la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.Vous avez le choix entre trois types de legs&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Legs sp\u00e9cifique&nbsp;: legs d\u2019un montant fixe.<\/li><li>Legs r\u00e9siduel&nbsp;: une partie ou un pourcentage de la valeur r\u00e9siduelle de votre succession. Cette option est int\u00e9ressante en ce qu\u2019elle vous \u00e9vite d\u2019avoir \u00e0 modifier votre testament au gr\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9volution de votre situation financi\u00e8re ou personnelle.<\/li><li>Legs \u00e9ventuel&nbsp;: la Fondation re\u00e7oit le legs seulement si tous les autres b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d\u00e9c\u00e8dent avant vous.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est primordial de bien formuler le libell\u00e9 du testament. Faites appel \u00e0 un notaire pour vous assurer que vos intentions sont clairement exprim\u00e9es. Le legs devrait \u00eatre fait \u00e0 l\u2019ordre de la \u00ab&nbsp;Fondation de physioth\u00e9rapie du Canada&nbsp;\u00bb, num\u00e9ro d\u2019enregistrement d\u2019organisme de bienfaisance&nbsp;: 13259 2031 RR0001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/physiotherapy.ca\/app\/uploads\/2023\/03\/pfc-bequest-fact-sheet-2019_fr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger la fiche d\u2019information<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"assurance-vie\"><strong>Don d\u2019une police d\u2019assurance vie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au pouvoir multiplicateur des assurances, vous pouvez faire un don d\u2019une valeur plusieurs fois sup\u00e9rieure aux primes vers\u00e9es. Cette fa\u00e7on de donner comporte \u00e9galement de nombreux avantages fiscaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le transfert de la police est gratuit. De plus, il est presque impossible pour les autres h\u00e9ritiers de contester le don, puisqu\u2019il est vers\u00e9 \u00e0 la FPC sans passer par votre succession dans les deux ou trois semaines suivant l\u2019envoi par votre ex\u00e9cuteur testamentaire du certificat de d\u00e9c\u00e8s \u00e0 votre compagnie d\u2019assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9signez la Fondation comme titulaire et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d\u2019une nouvelle police ou d\u2019une police existante, vous recevrez un re\u00e7u d\u2019imp\u00f4t pour vos primes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9signez la Fondation comme b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire (mais pas comme titulaire), votre succession b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019un re\u00e7u d\u2019imp\u00f4t pour la valeur totale de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 vers\u00e9e \u00e0 la FPC lors de votre d\u00e9c\u00e8s. Pour vous pr\u00e9valoir de cet avantage, vous devez toutefois transf\u00e9rer vos titres directement \u00e0 la Fondation. En effet, votre don ne pourra \u00eatre exempt\u00e9 du gain en capital si vous vendez vos actions et faites don de leur valeur mon\u00e9taire.
