Are you a passionate, outgoing Physiotherapist looking to join a fun, dynamic and supportive team? Do you believe that exercise and movement are key components of rehab and that patients need more than 5 lb weights and therabands to get better?
If that’s you – we have an exciting opportunity for you! Located inside South Calgary’s premier high-performance training facility, our clinic delivers outstanding, highly personalized physiotherapy with a proven track record of going above and beyond the norm. We offer one-on-one, longer than industry standard appointments with an emphasis on exercise. We’re currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions and will provide you with the tools to quickly build your caseload.
Why Join Us?
- Culture of Excellence: We are a collaborative and positive clinic with a strong focus on outstanding patient care. We don’t rely on modalities to deliver results; instead, we emphasize personalized, one-on-one, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on exercise. We’re committed to producing high-quality outcomes for both patients and practitioners and continually strive towards improvement.
- Personalized Mentorship Program: Regardless of your previous experience, our mentorship program is designed to help you succeed. Work alongside a diverse team of experienced clinicians and receive real-time clinical support while honing your independent clinical skills. Whether you are a seasoned clinician or new grad, we help you develop and implement a plan to take your clinical skills and practice to the next level. Whether it’s sharpening your skills or adding new tools to your tool box, we strongly believe that as clinicians our learning never ends. As a new grad you can also take advantage of our Direct Mentorship Program. The Direct Mentorship Program is on-going until you feel like a clinician superstar.
- High Impact: with unlimited access to a high-performance training facility and our “no-rush” approach to care, rehab your clients and athletes the way you know they need in order to get back to sport, life and work. Our facility is equipped with competition grade Eleiko lifting equipment, 40 yards of turf, and all the auxiliary and supplemental training equipment you need to take your clients from injured to thriving.
- Educational Opportunities and In-house Seminars: Gain invaluable experience by shadowing experienced clinicians and strength coaches within our team as well as external referral sources and community partners. Expand your knowledge, perspective and understanding of how Strength & Conditioning applies to the rehab setting and learn how to integrate this into your practice.
- Free Gym Membership & Patient Gym Access: Our clinic is located within South Calgary’s premier high-performance training facility, giving you unlimited access to the gym for both you and your patients to enhance rehabilitation and performance training.
Autonomy & growth: We promote independent clinical skills and provide autonomy in your patient care, while still offering strong support whenever you need it. You’ll get the tools and resources to thrive.
