We are currently seeking a physiotherapist who has self-initiative, is professional, driven and has great people skills. Ideally, we are looking for full-time, but part-time would be considered. The successful candidate would need to be eligible for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta. A strong interest in exercise prescription, manual therapy and/or needling skills would be an asset, as would any specialty training such as TMJ or Vertigo. However, new grads motivated to improve their skills are welcome to apply. Our owner operated private practice offers the opportunity to develop new programs and initiatives within the clinic, thus adding your own flavor to your job description. We have an excellent working relationship with local physicians and other health care providers. We treat private pay, MVA, and worker’s compensation clients, with opportunities to contract out to a local rural Health Care Center and neighbouring schools.
Performance provides much opportunity to mentor and be mentored. Our team includes both young, passionate professionals as well as more senior providers, each with individual areas of interest and expertise. These include pelvic health, GunnIMS, TCM acupuncture, manual and sports therapy, ergonomics, paediatrics, clinical pilates, Mulligan and MacKenzie Techniques. We currently have 2 physiotherapists, 2 massage therapists, 3 kinesiologists and 2 physiotherapy assistants. We house a 24hr fitness centre with state-of-the-art commercial equipment that we use for all of our clients as an integral part of their therapy.
