Qualifications:

– Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
– Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
– Minimum 3-5+ years of clinical and administrative experience.
– Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset.

Key functions and responsibilities:

– Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients.
– Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
– Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
– Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
– Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
– Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.
– Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
– Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
– Assisting in recruitment and hiring of staff.
