Our clinic, Adjusted For Life Chiropractic Health Centre, is looking for a physiotherapist to join our health care team. This practice has been in the same central NW Calgary location for the past 40 years. The clinic provides treatment for many musculoskeletal conditions to patients of all ages. We treat private pay, MVA, and worker’s compensation clients.
We are committed to evidence informed treatment and helping patients transition from the passive treatment, often associated with acute care, to understanding the value of, and tools needed for, self- care. We provide patient-focused quality care with an emphasis on manual therapy, exercise prescription and some modality use. The clinic has electrotherapy, K-laser, shockwave and decompression equipment.
The interested candidate will be registered to practice physiotherapy in Alberta. A strong interest in exercise prescription, manual therapy and/or needling skills would be an asset.
This job is a permanent part time position that will progress to full time as the demand grows. Compensation will be competitive negotiated as a wage or percentage of billings.
