REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

The deadline to request a refund for your registration must be made 45 days prior to the start of the event.  Registration cancellations received 45 days prior to the event will receive a refund less a $200 service fee.  Cancellations will be accepted by email only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.  Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.  No shows for an event will not receive a refund or credit toward the following year’s CPA Congress.

All refund requests must be made by the registered attendee or credit card holder and include the name of the attendee.  Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than (30) days after cancellation has been approved.  Please email cancellations to: vconstantineau@physiotherapy.ca .

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitution of registration (same type) is permitted prior to May 20, 2020.  Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant by email consent.  Please email substitution requests to: vconstantineau@physiotherapy.ca .

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment in full online is required in order to process registrations.  We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices.  We welcome payments in the form of Visa and Mastercard.

 

CONSENT CLAUSE

Registration, attendance at, or participation in CPA Events and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by CPA and other third parties, including but not limited to the venue, the host city, and the host Convention and Visitor Bureau (CVB). Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout Congress, such as session attendance and booths visited.

 

SESSION CANCELLATIONS

CPA reserves the right to cancel a session (or sessions) due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance and cannot accept responsibility for out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to the cancellation of any session.
