About NSD

The Neurosciences Division (NSD) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-driven division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA)

NSD strategic priorities include:

1. Encouraging professional excellence by providing education and professional development opportunities for physiotherapists with an interest in neurology and neurosciences
2. Growing NSD membership through networking, connection and mentoring opportunities
3. Increase member engagement of NSD members
4. Provide value and access to emphasize the importance and benefits of neuro physiotherapy

1. Professional development opportunities, such as free regular NSD hosted webinars, Neuro Network Reviews, Synapse publication
2. Opportunity to network and connect with neuro physiotherapists and researchers in Canada, and membership with the International Neurological Physiotherapy Association (INPA)
