Call Center Hours

9 am EST – 5pm EST Monday – Friday*

Our call center staff are happy to provide service in English or French by email or phone. We will answer your correspondence as soon as possible, and typically respond within 24 business hours.

*Please note: we often extend our hours to support members requiring information in advance of both College and Association licensing and membership renewal timelines.
