Rare daytime shifts available for an experienced Physiotherapist in Elora. With your FCAMPT, Pilates, Pelvic Physiotherapy or Private Practice Orthopaedic experience of at least 3 years, you can become a leader and mentor in Elora.

Our mentorship and education program is currently led by Senior Physiotherapist, Kristin Long, who is a Professor within McMaster’s Physiotherapy and OMPT program and an instructor within the Orthopaedic Division AIM program and was recently nominated for the prestigious “Golden Hands Award” for excellence within Orthopaedic Physiotherapy. We work with leaders to create mentorship streams to that include:
Collaborative orthopaedic rounds guided by our team following unique courses, community experts and more
Pelvic Physiotherapy and Concussion rounds facilitated by our in house seasoned Clinical leads
Emerging Leaders rounds facilitated by leaders in our organization designed to help you enhance your leadership, customer service and team collaboration skills
New grad rounds, fondly known as “a joint in a nutshell” where you’ll gain clinical insights, tidbits and knowledge for treating our common joints from experienced physiotherapists
OCE paid prep sessions to help you prepare for the national exam including mock exam with individualized feedback and coaching.
Assigned 1:1 supervisor who are paid to help you. You don’t need to ask for help, they are paid to meet with you to review charts, brainstorm treatment plans and help build necessary hours for AIM/FCAMPT exams
We will help you build your confidence in building your caseload to ensure that you are providing evidence-based care so your clients can achieve their goals!
What we offer you?
Pay model that is a progressive hourly rate that ranges from $40-85/hour, supplemented by percentage based split top up bonuses, clinical lead stipends, and shareholder dividends.
This includes vacation pay that increases with company loyalty and paid statutory and sick time, access to our company pension plan
4 weeks of a guaranteed salary to give you the breathing space to get your feet off the ground.
A $2,000 Flex Benefit allowance per year for educational courses and medical expenses, which advances to exclusive education and further healthcare benefits PLUS exam FCAMPT and Sport Exam completion bonuses
Singing bonuses include payment of a Pelvic our Pilates course, in addition to Flex Benefit allowance
Other perks – $150 annual fitness allowance, opportunity to participate in the company pension plan, group benefits plan and further opportunities to access further education funding through our quarterly professional development fund
Gradual build to full physiotherapist schedule. Our seasoned physiotherapists on average treat 1.9 clients/hour. As a new grad, we include catch-up time to help you focus on your client care. We offer longer complex treatment times for those physiotherapists that have the skill set to provide extra value to their clients
5+ assessments per week to help build your caseload quickly, so that seasoned physiotherapists can quickly qualify for our percentage based top ups
60 minutes assessments, on average 1.9 clients/hour

A robust and consistent marketing campaign that readily generates 2-3 new clients per shift as you build your caseload and regular outreaches with our referral sources

Tap into our growing roster of other health providers such as Occupational Therapy, Counseling Services and Psychotherapy, Nutrition and Wellbeing in support of providing additional resources and referrals to your clients

Take on clinical leadership roles and receive stipends over and above your clinical hours
6 years experience or Intermediate Exam status physios are eligible for percentage base bonuses, on top of base hourly rates
10 years experience or Advanced Exam status physios qualify for an increase to percentage base bonuses, on top of higher base rates
