The Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) is governed by the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act (Act). Under the Act, Members have a number of powers and responsibilities.
Bylaws are critical for any organization, including CPA, since they establish the rules for governing and operating a corporation such as the CPA. According to the Act, Bylaws must be approved by the Members. You can view CPA’s current bylaws here.
