Course Overview
The Indepth Clinical Pilates (ICP) Course consists of (2) three day weekends of lecture and (2) examinations. Physiotherapists will learn a Clinical Pilates Assessment that they can integrate into their clinical practice.

From high level clients to chronic pain patients, MSK or neuro patients, come learn how Clinical Pilates can enhance your clinical practice!

Course Objectives
In this on-demand course, you’ll learn:

  • 140 exercises total on all (4) pieces of Classical Pilates Equipment:
    • The Tower/Cadillac
    • Reformer
    • Wunda Chair
    • Mat
  • How Clinical Pilates can be used not only as an assessment tool but also as a treatment tool.
  • How to identify movement discrepancies/imbalances and core stability issues in clients of any functional level.

Requirements for Certification

  • Successful completion of Practical examinations (80% or higher)
  • Completion of Practice Hours & Assignments (*see website hourly requirements)

Course Dates

  • Beginner Weekend: January 23, 24, 25 (weekend 1 of 2)
  • Midterm Exam: March 6th, 2026
  • Intermediate Weekend: March 7, 8, 9 (weekend 2 of 2)
  • Final Exam: TBA

Lecture Times: Saturdays & Sundays 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, Mondays 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Delivery Method: In person only.  Will consist of lectures and participation in Pilates classes and practice teaching.  Participants will have access to an online video library of exercises and receive a hard copy of the manual.
