Description:

There are no Mat course pre-requisites, practice teaching hour requirements, nor anatomy lectures.
Over 100 classical exercises and 30 variations are divided into succinct modules organized by primary anatomical region (trunk, upper quadrant, lower quadrant) as well as level of functional difficulty.
