Fees:
Orthopaedic Division Member: $1,500 +HST= $1,725.00
CPA Member: $1,725 +HST= $1,983.75
Non-Member: $1850 +HST= $2,127.50
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Option 1: One-time payment: entire course fee online.
Option 2: Recurring Payments ($500 deposit + 3 instalment payments).
To participate in the instalment payment plan, you will pay an initial upfront registration fee of $500, followed by 3 additional payments throughout the course.
The prices for instalment payments will be as follows:
Orthopaedic Division Member: $408.33 x3
CPA Member: $494.58 x3
Non-Member: $542.50 x 3
Option 3: Cheque: in full or 3 post-dated cheques

CANCELLATIONS: An administrative fee of $150 will be charged for a cancellations before the registration deadline. After this date, no refunds will be made.
