and discusses the many therapeutic benefits of Reformer Pilates in an online,
self-paced format.

Learn Level 1 & 2 classical Reformer repertoire with succinct video explanations
and demonstrations to show how each exercise can assist with assessment and
treatment of ambulatory clients. Ask questions and provide feedback in the
community forum to help shape the course as the videos are released over a 12
week period.

Well over 100 classical exercises and 30+ variations are divided into 13 modules
with each one containing a lecture, client demos, rehab variations, and a
printable PDF handout.

Learners will feel empowered to get creative and tailor the exercises to suit their
own treatment approach and client population. The course ends with the final
module demonstrating how the Reformer can be used to facilitate manual

About the instructor:
Ellen Leung completed her BSc in Physical Therapy at the University of British
Columbia in 2005. She soon discovered her love of teaching and later went on
to complete a MSc in Community Health in 2013 with a focus in Health
Practitioner Education at the University of Toronto. The majority of her career
has been focused in rehab with her most recent area of interest being pelvic
health in the context of orthopedics. Pilates has become an indispensable
adjunct to Ellen’s approach and she enjoys teaching workshops whenever
possible. Ellen is a certified Pilates Instructor in Mat, Reformer, and Chair and
uses her learnings everyday to enhance her practice.
