Description:

Created by a physio for physios, this self-paced online course provides all the material typically covered in a standard Reformer certification course, taught through a clinical Pilates lens designed specifically for rehabilitation professionals. There are no Mat course pre-requisites, practice teaching hour requirements, nor anatomy lectures.

Over 100 classical exercises and 30 variations are divided into succinct modules organized by primary anatomical region (trunk, upper quadrant, lower quadrant) as well as level of functional difficulty. Learn how integrating clinical Pilates on the Reformer can assist in evaluating and treating ambulatory clients for more impactful and enjoyable treatment sessions.

Multiple adaptations can be found throughout the course to accommodate various client needs and allow for therapist creativity.
