Speaker biography:
Based in the Québec City region since 2020, I am a humanistic-existential sexologist and support worker specializing in emotional management, intimacy, and dependency issues, with a particular focus on grief.
Guided by a humanistic philosophy, I believe that every individual holds unique value and potential. I support people in reconnecting with themselves and others by fostering empathy, authenticity, and personal growth. Inspired by existentialist thought, I view each person as the author of their own life’s meaning, free from preordained doctrines or rigid frameworks.
With experience working in the field of addiction and grief counseling, I offer a compassionate and empowering approach to those navigating emotional challenges, relational difficulties, and life transitions.
My practice is rooted in respect, presence, and the belief that meaningful change begins with genuine connection.
