Speaker biography:
Elliott Cooke began his career in 2017 after graduating from the University of Manitoba’s College of Rehabilitation Sciences. He is an alumni of the University’s Bisons Track and Field and Cross Country Teams, where he served as captain in his final year. Since then, he has continued to race on the road, trail, and recently on the track once again. Elliott works with a general outpatient population, but his clinic is tied deeply into the running community, so much of his time is spent with runners across the entire competitive spectrum, including athletes at international levels. He is the owner of Up and Running Physiotherapy which serves to support the most elite runners in their competitive endeavours, allowing them focus on training and competing.
