Spinal Manipulation, Assessment and Rehabilitation Training
The focus of this course is to develop your knowledge and ability assessing the
need for spinal mobilization / manipulation including proper screening for safe
performance of these techniques. There is also detailed instruction on how to
perform spinal mobilizations including manipulations with ample opportunity for
practice. Clinical reasoning and post-manipulation rehabilitation options are also
addressed. Successful candidates can seek authorization to perform spinal
manipulation in Alberta.
The instructor is a clinic owner with 24 years experience and 15 years as a
FCAMPT therapist. In addition to spinal manipulation, he is authorized in Gunn
IMS, Graston technique, diagnostic imaging and has special interests in TMD,
concussion and vestibular management. He is a Injury Management Consultant
registered with the Alberta Super Intendant of Insurance. He worked with the
Canadian national and other international.
