- A letter from your University’s department head confirming your acceptance into a post-entry level MSc or PhD program in a Canadian University, with the field of research study related to Neurosciences

- A copy of your CV (max. 3 pages)
- A copy of your supervisor’s CV (max. 3 English pages), including:
- education and employment history
- graduate student supervision experience
- funding (including amounts and start and end times), and
- publications (condensed by including peer-reviewed publications for the last 5 years, together with career totals for peer-reviewed publications, non-peer reviewed publications, and abstracts)
