Pulse Physiotherapy & Sport Clinic in South Surrey is seeking a passionate and skilled physiotherapist to support our growing interdisciplinary practice. Our team works alongside a diverse range of individuals to achieve their health, mobility, and athletic goals. As the exclusive partner clinic of the Vancouver Football Club (VFC), you’ll have the opportunity to work with different players on the team. Here, you’ll thrive in a motivating and supportive environment, with tailored mentorship from experienced professionals and the chance to work with elite athletes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong background in exercise prescription
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with professional athletes and active populations
Your Role:
- Assess and enhance clients’ physical abilities and goals
- Provide diagnoses and develop individualized health plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility aids and adaptations
- Collaborate with families and community health workers for optimal care
- Ensure quality patient care through effective referrals
- Engage in team activities to improve care delivery and promote evidence-based practices
Key Skills:
- A strong understanding of physiotherapy theory and patient-centered care
- Familiarity with CPTBC standards and interprofessional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to teach and support patients and healthcare teams
- Flexibility to prioritize tasks and adapt to challenges
