Kelowna clinic in search of physiotherapists who value collaboration, manual therapy and exercise prescription.
Kinetic Evolution is a busy, collaborative, and multidisciplinary facility that thrives on working together to give the best possible care to our patients. Our team is made up of a multitude of health practitioners: chiropractors, registered massage therapists, kinesiologists, strength and conditioning coaches and physiotherapists. We strive to work in partnership with our patients to tailor treatment programs to their goals. Our physiotherapy philosophy is to work with our clients one-on-one to achieve their goals through manual therapy, mobility and exercise therapy. As a result, there are many instances where we may spend more than half an hour with a patient, which is why our session times are varied. Our overall objective is to find the underlying issues and work to correct these to promote future health and prevent subsequent injuries.
We are seeking a full or part time registered physiotherapist to join our growing collaborative and multidisciplinary healthcare team in the beautiful Okanagan.
Our facility, based in Kelowna B.C., is in search of someone who is hands on, patient orientated, energetic and believes in addressing the underlying issues to an injury for further injury prevention.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the medical needs of our patients to develop adequate treatment plans. You will work alongside our patients and other practitioners to assist in practicing exercises and physical therapy designed to ease pain, increase mobility, and prevent future injuries. You must be comfortable with treating a multitude of ages, injuries, and chronic diseases.
We feel that practitioners who fit well with the group and work hard should be able to earn an income that reflects their productivity. As a result, payment is based on a sliding scale, and you could make up to 80%.
Physiotherapist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patient doctors for referrals, notes, and medical history
- Review, evaluate and collaborate with the patient to create a treatment plan that is tailored to the patients’ needs and goals

All applicants must be in good standing with the College and Association of the Registered Physiotherapists of B.C.
If you feel we are the right fit for you or if you have any further questions, please submit your CV and references to Ashley Pereira at info@kineticevolution.ca
We look forward to hearing from you!
