Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and caring In-Home Physiotherapist to join our team!. As a key member of our team, you will deliver physiotherapy assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide hands-on care to help patients achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments for patients with a variety of needs (e.g., post-operative, chronic conditions, mobility improvement).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide education to clients and caregivers to promote recovery and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Travel within and throughout some of the surrounding areas to meet patients at their homes. (the area is dependent upon the area in which you are happy and comfortable to travel within.)
Qualifications:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in home care physiotherapy is an asset but not required.
- CPR certification is an asset but not required.
