Registration

Do I need to register in advance?

No.  Onsite registration will be available starting Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the Quebec City Convention Centre.  However, we highly encourage you to register in advance to take advantage of the Super Early Bird and Early rates.

What does my registration fee include?

See pricing and packages on the Registration page.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

Confirmations are sent via email for all registrations.  If you did not receive yours, please check your spam/junk mail folders. If you cannot locate your confirmation, please email cpa@seatoskymeetings.com

Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my registration?

Hotel

When can I make my hotel reservation?

Hotel reservations are available at the negotiated conference rate until May 21, 2023.  Rates can be viewed on the Travel and Accommodations page.

What hotel has been reserved? What are the rates?

We have negotiated a block of rooms at the Hilton Quebec Hotel that is within a short walking distance to the Quebec City Convention Centre.  Further hotel information and rates can be found on the Travel and Accommodations page.

When and where is Congress 2023?

Congress 2023 is July 13-15, 2023 in Quebec City, Quebec at the Quebec City Convention Centre.

Media

Can I attend as a member of the press/media?

Accredited media may attend Congress at no cost. You are required to fill out the following form, and return it along with a copy of your credentials to cdrakesmith@physiotherapy.ca.

Do I need a ticket for the networking events?

Tickets for the Welcome Reception and Party with a Purpose are included with Congress 2023 full registration.  Exhibitor registration includes tickets to the Welcome Reception.  Additional tickets to Party with a Purpose can be purchased during registration or on-site.

What are the Exhibit Hall hours?

The Exhibit Hall hours are:

Thursday, July 13, 2023 – 14:30 to 17:00 and 19:00 to 21:00

Friday, July 14, 2023 – 09:00 to 16:00

Saturday, July 15, 2023 – 09:00 to 14:00

Is there a Congress 2023 app?

Yes!  Navigate Congress 2023 like a pro with the Congress mobile app.  The app will launch in early June 2023.
