Developed specifically for physiotherapists, this new course teaches and
discusses the many therapeutic benefits of Reformer Pilates in an online, selfpaced
format. All the content of a traditional Reformer course without the
mandatory Mat and anatomy work.

Learn Level 1 & 2 classical Reformer repertoire with succinct video explanations
and demonstrations to show how each exercise can assist with assessment and
treatment of ambulatory clients. Ask questions and provide feedback in the
community forum to help shape the course as the videos are released over a 12
week period.

Well over 100 classical exercises and 30+ variations are divided into 13 modules
with each one containing a lecture, client demos, rehab variations, and a
printable PDF handout.

Learners will feel empowered to get creative and tailor the exercises to suit their
own treatment approach and client population. The course ends with the final
module demonstrating how the Reformer can be used to facilitate manual
therapy.
