Congress Policies

Payments:  Registration fees must be paid in full by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) at the time of registration.

Taxes: In keeping with the GST/HST place-of-supply rule, registration fees are taxed based on the location where Congress is held.  In 2023, Congress is being held in the province of Quebec with a virtual component; therefore two tax rules apply.  For in-person attendees, the applicable 9.975% QST + 5% GST will be applied to your registration fee. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  If you need to cancel your registration, in order to be eligible for a refund less a percentage please see the schedule below.  Cancellations notified after the dates below, you will not be eligible for any refund, however, another person may participate in your place.  Please email: cpa@seatoskymeetings.com

By March 31, 2023 (11:59 ET)	75%
Between April 1 and May 22 (11:59 pm ET)	50%
On or after May 24	No Refund

Refunds will be credited to you on the original credit card used for payment.

We do not issue a refund or credit for portions of Congress which you did not attend.
