Tailored for physiotherapists, this online course aims to provide all the material typically covered in a standard Reformer certification course without the requirement of Mat courses, teaching hours, and anatomy lectures.

The numerous therapeutic advantages of Reformer Pilates are highlighted through an online, self-paced structure with immediate access to all materials.

Explore new treatment ideas with over 100 classical exercises and 30 variations divided into succinct modules. Modules are organized by anatomical region (trunk, upper quadrant, lower quadrant) as well as level of functional difficulty. Each one includes a lecture, client demonstration, rehabilitation variations, and downloadable PDF handouts.

Learn how using the Reformer can assist in evaluating and treating ambulatory clients for improved effectiveness and time efficiency. Multiple adaptations can be found throughout the course to accommodate various client needs and allow for therapist creativity.

The course concludes with manual therapy suggestions on the Reformer and real client case studies.
