About Us: Mad Bodies is a boutique clinic located in the heart of Mission, committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients. We are a team of RMTS and Kinesiologists that are passionate and dedicated professionals prioritizing patient-centered approach, innovative therapies, and a supportive work environment. Our treatment approach prioritizes active based rehabilitation for improved patients results. Due to growth, we are looking to add a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to complete our team.
Job Description: You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized rehabilitation plans, educate patients, and promote their overall health and well-being.
Equipment: We work collaboratively with our healthcare providers to determine necessary equipment to perform your role most effectively. We currently have on hand:
- Hydrocollator
- TENS machine
- Mobilization belt
- IMS needles
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and physical exams to diagnose injuries and conditions.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on the assessment findings.
- Provide one-on-one manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities to aid recovery.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and self-management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Maintain detailed patient records and follow up on progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and treatments.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative clinic environment.
- Work with ICBC and WorkSafe BC cases.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Registration and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional patient care.
- No contract limitations (conflict of interest, non-compete clauses) with any existing contracts you have
