Two positions located in two long-term care facilities in the beautiful town of Parry Sound, Ontario. Responsibility includes assessments and treatment of residents living within the these two facilities. Great opportunity for a couple as both facilities are in close proximity to each other. Potential for work at local health care hospital in PT department.
In this role you will :
- Perform clinical assessments and implement plans for clients
- Provide ongoing evaluations of client progress
- Administer and collect outcome measurement information
- Participate in quality improvement Initiatives
- Communicate to appropriate referral sources and Stakeholders
- Engage in continuous learning and skills development
- Have fun, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
- Supervision of physiotherapy assistants.
Qualifications :
- Registered with Provincial college of Physiotherapists.
- A graduate of a recognized university of Physiotherapy degree program
- ADP Authorizer (optional)
