Vaughan Physiotherapy Clinic is a physiotherapist-owned outpatient rehabilitation facility located near Yonge and Steeles. Since 1996, we have been providing comprehensive physiotherapy services in Vaughan, Thornhill, and surrounding areas. Our clinic occupies a 3000 sq ft space equipped with open and private treatment areas, state-of-the-art equipment, and functional gym space. Job Description:

As a highly qualified Registered Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. You will utilize your clinical judgment and reasoning skills to create personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific medical history and treatment goals. Key responsibilities will include accurately assessing clients’ presenting problems, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, engaging with local referral sources, and participating in ongoing mentorship and clinical development.

We are seeking a candidate who can set industry standards for customer care while achieving outstanding clinical results. New graduates and physiotherapists with less experience will receive regular support and access to ongoing education and development sessions. You will have full access to our Senior Physiotherapists and Principal Physiotherapist, who collectively possess over 20 years of experience.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must be licensed to practice by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and possess a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Certification in acupuncture/dry needling is an asset, and experience or interest in vestibular rehab and pelvic health rehab is also highly valued. Strong clinical reasoning skills, the ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team, and proficiency with home computers and laptops are also essential. You must demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, judgment, and flexibility, exhibit good time management skills, and maintain a high level of professional behavior and communication.

Details:

We offer competitive split percentage compensation and are looking for candidates who can commit to a schedule of 3 days per week (M/W/F or Tu/Th/Sat) for 6-8 hour shifts, totaling 18-24 hours per week. Schedule:

The schedule includes an 8-hour shift, and supplemental pay types include commission pay. We have taken all necessary precautions to prioritize the health and safety of our team, including the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), sanitization, and daily temperature checks and surveys for both patients and staff.

License/Certification:

A physiotherapist license and registration with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario is required, and preferred candidates will hold post-graduate certifications and education.
