CPA Annual Survey 2024 

It’s that time of the year again! The CPA Annual Survey 2024 is live and waiting for you!

The survey is available to CPA members and to physiotherapy professionals who are not CPA members. Surveying non-CPA members will aid our strategic planning and help us understand growth areas for the association. The CPA encourages you to share this with any colleagues that are non-members.

By completing the survey in its entirety, CPA members will be entered into a draw to win one of two $500 Gift Cards, and non-CPA-members will be entered into a draw to win one $100 gift card or a FREE one year membership with the CPA!
