  • Three (3) letters of appraisal from relevant contacts
  • A letter from your University’s department head confirming your acceptance into a post-entry level MSc or PhD program in a Canadian University, with the field of research study related to Neurosciences 
  • Transcripts covering all university-level courses taken, with grade conversions used by Graduate studies for foreign transcripts
  • A copy of your CV (max. 3 pages)
  • A copy of your supervisor’s CV (max. 3 English pages), including:
    • education and employment history 
    • graduate student supervision experience
    • funding (including amounts and start and end times), and 
    • publications (condensed by including peer-reviewed publications for the last 5 years, together with career totals for peer-reviewed publications, non-peer reviewed publications, and abstracts)
